These terms and conditions shall apply to all transactions conducted via the Podpads/Canvas Sales website.
Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for future reference. Please note that in these terms and conditions "you", "your", "yours" and "yourself" are references to any person ordering goods from the website, and "we", "our" and "ours" are references to the company.
You can buy securely here online through debit or credit card. Paypal is also available on request, please email sales@podpads.com for details.
We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Any changes will apply to subsequent orders.
Goods purchased online will normally be despatched within 48 hrs of your order by courier. direct to your delivery address. Please ensure that you or a nominated person is there to receive delivery.
Unless otherwise stated, postage and packing shall be charged in addition to the price of the goods themselves and will vary according to the delivery address, weight and size of the goods ordered, and the method of carriage preferred. Standard carriage will deliver within 48 hours from despatch.
Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, box unopened (with any seals and other wrapping intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, less the shipping costs. Podpads will not refund outgoing or incoming shipping costs for a return of this nature.
When you send your item back to us we will process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within approximately two weeks of our receiving your return.
If you take delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you should contact us and notify Podpads immediately. We will then endeavour to recover the insured sum on your behalf, and a full refund for that amount will be issued once it is recovered.
